Dinesen Flooring

When possible, we like to specify beautiful products like Dinesen wood flooring for residential projects. We love the Scandinavian simplicity and calmness that the wood brings to a space.

Founded in 1898 in Denmark, the company has always had a passion for wood and respect for nature, as well as good craftsmanship. The company only uses wood from sustainable forestry and is felled from either douglas or oak trees – every piece of Dinesen flooring is unique.

We have completed residential projects in London where Dinesen wood flooring was specified; including one in Barnes and one in South Kensington. Here are a few photographs of these projects.

If you’re in London, the Saatchi Gallery in Chelsea (Douglas Fir) and the Design Museum in Kensington (Oak) are both fantastic places to visit – not only to view the art and exhibitions – but also to experience the Dinesen flooring that has been installed throughout.
