Water Mill

This water mill in Wales was a huge challenge from an engineering and design point of view, and required cantilevered steels sent under the mill and into the rock behind !

Sliding Deck

This ingenious sliding deck was designed to, when “open”, allow light down into a new basement, and allow access to full width stadium style seating / terracing area down to the games room below, and, when “closed”, allow the house owners to relax in the very last spot of the  garden where the sun reaches in the evening.
